Terms and Conditions

YOUR LOAN REQUEST
- your request will be reviewed by Al-Khaadem office and may take up 2-7 days
- you will be notified via email of your request result

DEPOSIT
- you are required to pay a deposit of RM50 for each loan request upon picking up the equipment
- the deposit will be handed back to you upon returning the equipment

DAMAGES OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT/ACCESSORIES
- if the equipment is damaged during your loan period, you are required to bear ALL repair costs involved
- if the equipment is lost or stolen, you are required to compensate according to the equipment's fair market value

UPON RETURNING THE EQUIPMENT
- you must ensure the equipment is clean and in good condition when returning to Al-Khaadem

PENALTY
- if you fail to return the loaned equipment on time, your deposit will be forfeited

EXTENSION
- if you need to extend your loan period, please submit a new request and Al-Khaadem will retain your RM50 as your deposit
